An eclectic collection of 400 1980’s original movie and theater posters were once hand carried from Greenpoint, NY to Minneapolis MN where they laid dormant in airtight tubes forgotten in an attic. Upon opening, the preservation of the material was remarkable. The vibrant colors remained as lively as the day they were printed with many compositions commissioned from seminal polish artists such as Jan Sawka – the artist responsible with the Grateful Dead’s colorful performance backdrops. For the first time in 45 years, bear witness to a once in a lifetime series.
